We ship anywhere in the USA and Canada.

It is impossible to give a one-size-fits-all answer.  Coins and bars are re-sellable, so we pay more for those.  Jewelry, on the other hand, usually gets melted down so we need to pay a little less for that.  However, since we have a jewelry shop, we are able to pay more for nicer more re-sellable jewelry.  We typically pay between 75% and 95% of the gold or silver value.

We love to pay in cash, but once a transaction gets to over $1,000, it becomes increasingly difficult to pay fully in cash.  So yes we pay in cash unless it’s a large transaction.  If you need a larger amount in cash, please call and let us know ahead of time and we will be happy to accommodate you.

When we purchase jewelry, we require a valid photo ID.  You also need to be at least 18 years old to sell to us.

We do accept returns for online purchases.  If you get an item and don’t like it once you see it in person, we will let you return it within 3 days.

No, all of our in-store sales are final.  If you are dissatisfied with an in-store purchase, we would be happy to allow you to exchange it for something else.

We don’t do pawns.  We just buy and sell and our purchases are final.  Don’t sell anything you will miss!
